Employee wellbeing - designing real solutions using Design Thinking
How do we nurture employee wellbeing in the realities of a rapidly changing pharmaceutical industry? In this interactive workshop, participants will diagnose areas that need support using the Wellbeing Wheel and then go through all the steps of the Design Thinking process, enriched with proven supporting methods:

Empathize – understanding employees’ daily experiences using the Empathy Map and identifying all stakeholders using the Stakeholder Card.
Define – identifying key challenges and tensions affecting wellbeing.
Ideate – creatively generating solutions using the "How Might We..." technique.
Prototype – quickly sketching potential solutions in the form of visual concepts.
Test – collaboratively evaluating and refining ideas with implementation in mind.
Participants will leave the workshop not only with concrete ideas, but also with a set of tools that can be immediately applied in teams and organizations.
